At Skmei Egypt, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every timepiece purchased. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the watch and its original packaging.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our quality control team will verify that the timepiece remains in its original protective films and shows no signs of usage.

  Courier Pickup

  We will dispatch a courier to your location within 3-5 business days to collect the item; please ensure it is securely packed in its original box.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement watch immediately.
